Crossroads Salon: Reading by John Norton and open mic

Crossroads Salon hosts its second salon featuring poet John Norton.

John’s work has appeared in many publications including: America, New American Writing,
CrossConnect, Kayak, Oxygen, Beatitude, Blue Unicorn, Onthebus, and Processed World.
He is the author of three poetry collections: Air Transmigra (2010), Re: Marriage (2000),
The Light at the End of the Bog (1989) and Posthum(or)ous (1985).
The winner of the American Book Award, he has served as Board President for Small Press Traffic Literary Arts Center and the Irish Arts Foundation.

Reading from John’s work will be followed by an open mic: please bring work that can be read and/or performed in a 5-7 minute window.

The Crossroads Salon is produced by the Irish-American Crossroads Festival as a forum to highlight and explore the work of local writers and artists who either have Irish or Irish-American heritages or are interested in exploring Irish-American themes.
