A Community Outreach Program of the Irish Immigration Pastoral Center, the Reading Room on Thursday, December 1 at 7:00 p.m. features a newly released work ‘Trespasses’ by Louise Kennedy.

A historical fiction novel set in Northern Ireland during the Troubles, Louise Kennedy’s debut novel is bursting with love, loyalty, and the consequences that come when those two find themselves at odds with one another. When one young woman faces the reality of loving someone she knows she shouldn’t, her life changes as she tries to deal with the fallout.

Tender and shocking, Trespasses is an unforgettable debut of people trying to live ordinary lives in extraordinary times.
