The Poetry of Patrick Kavanagh

We will be talking, reading and hearing about the poetry of one of ireland’s best loved poets Patrick Kavanagh at this weeks Celtic Culture at the UICC event. It begins at 2:30pm and runs until 4:30pm. We will be hearing from this year’s Patrick Kavanagh Poetry Award Winner Laurence O’Dwyer and from the Patrick Kavanagh Center in Kavanagh’s home village of Inniskeen. We shall have tea and coffee to enjoy. Donations of $5 are asked for
