International Flair Flowers at Filoli – Mother’s Day weekend

“Voyages…with an International Flair”
This year, Filoli celebrates its 27th Anniversary of their Flower Show Fundraiser, which has become a premiere event in the Bay Area on Mother’s Day Weekend.  The Flower Show theme this year is “Voyages…with an International Flair”.  Visitors will enjoy viewing floral interpretations, elegant table settings and garden vignettes created by more than 90 designers who are inspired by this theme.  There will be live music all 3 days.
In addition to the many professional, amateur and children exhibitors highlighting their talents and creativity throughout the Historic House and renowned formal Garden, there will also be nurseries, garden clubs and horticulturalists from all over the Bay Area participating.  Special Teas, Champagne Brunches, Boxed Lunches, Flower Arranging Demonstrations and Musical Performances also mark this event. The Garden will be at its peak bloom as visitors can discover many new surprises throughout the estate.

General Admission is $25 for adult members, $30 for adult non-members, and $10 for children ages 5 to 17.  No admission charge for children 4 years and younger. Tickets can be purchased online at www.filoli.org or by calling Filoli weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at (650) 364-8300, ext. 508.  Parking is free.

Tickets are available for a Special Tea on Friday, May 8 and Saturday, May 9 with seatings at 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.  Champagne is served at the 1:00 p.m. Teas on Friday and Saturday.
The celebrated Filoli Mother’s Day Champagne Brunch takes place on Sunday, May 10 at 10:30 a.m., 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m.  Tea and Brunch tickets include admission to the Flower Show and Garden.
