First Aid and CPR Course

While you cannot predict when an emergency will occur, you can be prepared.

The Irish Immigration Pastoral Center are facilitating a one day First Aid and CPR Course on Saturday January 30th from 9am to 2pm. The course is certified by the American Heart Association and meets OSHA guidelines for the workplace.

The course will teach –

• Care for conscious choking victims
• CPR and AED for all age groups
• Give first aid, including allergic reactions, broken bones, stopping bleeding and burns
• Treat sudden illnesses
• Use an automated external defibrillator on a victim of sudden cardiac arrest
