Ken Cook is president and co-founder of the Environmental Working Group, EWG, a non-profit, non-partisan organization dedicated to protecting human health and the environment.

New research and science are changing how we shop, what food we eat, and the decisions that we make to stay healthy. New insights from molecular biology are redefining cancer prevention and reshaping our approach to healthcare. Norene Sheehan, originally from Cork, is a modern-day Salonnière with Blue Stockings Salon, which presents its members and guests with a whole new approach to social exchange.  Inspired by 18^th century Salons, Norene hosts a modern-day version with  live, monthly events that invite dialog between the speaker and participants in a variety of intimate social settings.
