Yoga Class @ Irish Immigration Pastoral Center

Awake with Kate Yoga Class. The IIPC is delighted to introduce a bi-weekly series of Yoga classes (Tuesday and Saturdays from 9.00am – 10.15am at the IIPC) led by Yoga instructor Kate Murphy.

Level 1 – 2 Iyengar Yoga Class
These Iyengar yoga classes will focus on building strength, flexibility and balance with the use of props where needed. Students will learn foundational standing poses, including twists, backbends and inversions.

The classes shall also incorporate a restorative section directed towards deepening the mind / body connection which is paramount to yoga.

Single Class: $20
